This privacy policy ('Privacy Policy') explains how the Trust uses the information the Trust collects about you and the procedures that the Trust has in place to safeguard your privacy.

1.2 By using the Trust's website http://www.hamiltonweblearner.com ('Website'), utilising any of the services ('Services') set out in the Website, you consent to the Trust using the information the Trust collects about you. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set out in this Privacy Policy, please do not continue to use the Website.

1.3 For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998, the data controller is the Trust.

2 . THE INFORMATION THE TRUST COLLECTS AND HOW THE TRUST USES IT
